Leadership: Track record, trust, reputation, proximity.
Weaknesses: Risk exposure, negative perceptions.
Attractiveness and satisfaction: Positive associations and experiences.
Differentiation: Identifiable criteria for differentiation
We will also analyse the competing brands within the framework or reference to draw a positioning map in the market and identify gaps, opportunities and be able to compare whether it coincides with the positioning map from the point of view of customers or consumers.
We analyse the positioning of the brand in the minds of consumers or users of the brand and its evolution over time to understand where the brand is in its lifecycle and whether action needs to be taken to bring it in line with new trends.
We will detect if the heritage and values that the brand communicates correspond to those it wants to transmit and if these in turn are in line with those that most persuade, mobilize and with which its target audience identifies. Based on these findings, new values are proposed in the brand manifesto.
