USABILITY TEST!
It allows us to identify usability issues, improve apps/websites and optimise them to meet customer expectations.
We analyse a group of users who we ask to build a map of the phases and steps that they think should be the ideal of the website/e-commerce/application that is the subject of the study. Through projects, the groups will build and evaluate the proposals to select the best options.
We give a certain number of users access to the sites or applications under test to identify bugs and evaluate functionality. The information gathering technique can be through subsequent interviews with users or through an app that allows insights to be sent in text, photo, audio or video at any stage of the beta journey as it happens.
Through pre-defined tasks, qualitative technicians accompany the user throughout the site/application. We observe the steps and clicks, we collect the comments, the non-verbal and verbal expressions, the comings and goings, until we reach the goal of understanding the real experience and possible navigability improvements.
We measure the relevance of spaces and the distribution of elements within your website or application, as well as the required vs. ideal clicks to optimise the user experience.
