For quantitative studies where there is a need to interview large numbers of people and obtain relevant information through simple forms. We focus on designing questions that, taken as a whole and when crossed, allow us to see different angles and get answers that provide solutions. We work with large databases or with the client’s own databases.
For qualitative studies where a smaller number of people need to be interviewed and relevant information needs to be elicited through more in-depth questions. We focus on our moderators establishing a rapport with the interviewee to elicit a genuine contribution of information. We recruit participants according to the needs of our own or the client’s database.
